Verification Process

All tenants undergo a thorough verification process to ensure community safety:

House Rules

Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
Keep common areas clean
Report maintenance issues promptly
Be mindful of flatmates' schedules
Pay rent on time
Communicate openly with housemates

❌ Don'ts

No smoking inside the property
No pets without prior approval
No loud parties without consent
No subletting or unauthorized guests
No illegal activities
No damage to property or fixtures

Guest Policy

Important Note

Guest policies may vary by property. Please confirm with your specific lease.

  • Day Guests: Welcome during reasonable hours (8 AM - 10 PM)
  • Overnight Guests: Up to 2 nights per week, must inform housemates
  • Extended Stays: Guests staying 7+ days require prior approval
